Jamie is the entrepreneur behind Professional Sports Group (PSG), a leading international sports marketing agency since 1995. Having trained with Mark McCormack at IMG, Jamie has been involved in sports marketing for 30 years: as a leading sports agent, a strategic advisor to brands, technology companies and governments, and as a commercial advisor to rights holders.
Since 2020, he has focused on sports capital and investment, working with leading investors, venture capital and PE firms. His network in the global sports and sports investment industry has few peers.

The son of a two time Olympian and a former collegiate athlete himself, Alex’s love of sport, entrepreneurship and competition is engrained in his DNA. After spending the early stages of his professional life working in the financial industry, an opportunity to join one of the world’s leading swim and athletic brands compelled him to make a career change.
Throughout his tenure at TYR Sport, Alex oversaw many key departments including demand planning/purchases, vendor relationships, domestic sales and all the international sales and marketing strategies. Alex became President of TYR’s European subsidiary and successfully managed the brand through the COVID Pandemic until his departure in August of 2022.

Chris is an award-winning serial entrepreneur (Forbes 30 Under 30, among others) and startup mentor with a 15-year track record of leadership and success in the global sports, esports and gaming industries. A native of Germany, he is an active investor and start-up advisor with more than 40 portfolio companies in 10 countries.
Chris founded the Ivy Sports Symposium, a widely-recognized non-profit organization that promoted the development of young leaders in the global sports industry, in college and led the organization for almost a decade. He also spent time at the NBA in the global marketing partnerships group prior to launching his own sports advisory and consulting firm supporting emerging sports and entertainment companies.
He was also the founder of Infinite Esports & Entertainment (OpTic Gaming/Houston Outlaws; #5 most valuable esports company in the world according to Forbes), which
was acquired by Immortals Gaming Club (IGC) in the largest esports team transaction in history. Infinite was an esports startup studio and holdings company owning and
operating professional teams as well as infrastructure companies.

LAURIE PINTO
Laurie Pinto is one of sports’ leading dealmakers, with a particular strength in team sports and European football. A Londoner by birth, he graduated from the University of Westminster in 1984 with a BA in Law.
In the first half of his career, Laurie had a distinguished career in banking, with a particular expertise in cross border investments and structuring. He worked for many of the world’s leading investment banks including Commerzbank, DLJ International, Credit Suisse First Boston and Dresdner Kleinwort.
In 2003, Laurie was appointed Chairman of the Board of Pali International. Expanding the platform with offices London, New York, and Singapore, Laurie focused heavily on event driven funds and cross border M&A. In 2008, he joined North Square Capital initially as Chairman of the board and then CEO. North Square Capital had a Broker dealership conducting business between London and Beijing and specialized in macro research on Chinese Government Policy and cross border M&A. North Square Capital merged with NSBO, a London-based China focused investment bank. From 2018-2021, he held a senior role at Momenta Group – but joined Cambridge Wilkinson as Managing Director in 2022, given their unique investor network and access to capital, as well as currently working with Kimura performance.
In sport, Laurie works with family offices, entrepreneurs, HNW investors and fund managers on select M&A projects. He works with both rights holders and investors. He is also building his own portfolio of sports investments.

Mashal Waqar is an entrepreneur by experience, techie by education, and an avid sports fan since childhood.
She’s scaled start-ups in media, D2C, and femtech. She was previously co-founder and COO of The Tempest, a global media company reaching millions of readers. Her recent projects including building a revenue-focused business accelerator for female founders, a consultancy focused on community building, and heading operations at a web3 product studio.
Mashal is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree and one of Entrepreneur Middle East’s Achieving Women of the Year.

Sadoux Kim is an independent Producer currently working on global documentary films and series. From 2015 – 2018, he served as Senior Creative Executive at Amazon Studios where he worked on global music and sports unscripted programming.
Before joining Amazon Studios, Sadoux was the EVP of Operations for John de Mol’s Talpa Media USA, the worldwide creator/producer of The Voice. He managed the day–to–day operations, which encompasses creative, business, talent, digital, PR & Marketing and their Universal Music Group relationships.
Prior to joining Talpa Media USA, Sadoux was a Co-Executive Producer on NBC’s long running series The Celebrity Apprentice and served as SVP, Marketing Partnership & Branded Media for Mark Burnett’s One Three Media. At Burnett’s One Three Media, he oversaw the brand integration and business development deals for all programming, across all platforms (Network, Cable and Digital), working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands and agencies.
